2. What Data We Process

This website itself (pastoreliasgrant.com) is a static informational page. We do not run our own account system, and we do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this page.

Checkout & payment data — when you purchase Guarded, you are taken to our payment processor, Whop, which collects your email, payment details, and billing address directly on its own platform. We do not see or store your card details. Whop acts as an independent data controller for that transaction — see Whop's own privacy policy for how they handle your data.
Server log data — our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., automatically processes standard technical data (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) to serve the page and keep it secure. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Direct contact — if you email us directly, we process that email address and message content only to respond to you.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract, for checkout/delivery) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website).

4. International Data Transfers

Our hosting provider (Vercel) and payment processor (Whop) may process data on servers located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where this occurs, it relies on their respective standard contractual safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) as required under GDPR.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by Austrian tax and commercial law (generally up to 7 years for transaction-related records).

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we (or our processors) hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), where applicable
Restrict or object to processing
Data portability
Lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority, the Datenschutzbehörde (DSB)
